"Bad first impression, but it worked out"
The first impression wasn’t great. The communication felt a bit messy, and some of the replies were vague enough that I had to ask twice about the fees and pickup details. I did get the information I needed eventually, so it wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could’ve been clearer and easier from the start.

"Bidding turned out to be easier than I expected"
I tried Autobidmaster for my first auction, and I was a little nervous going in. Once I started, the bidding process was simple to follow, and seeing the current bid and fees laid out clearly made me feel a lot more comfortable.
I did pause and double-check a couple of steps before actually placing my bid, just to be safe. But after trying it, I was relieved by how smoothly everything went overall.

"Helpful, but the changing terms made it confusing"
The buyer guides did help me get a better handle on how auctions work, which I appreciate. But some parts were still confusing, especially as a first-time buyer. I also didn’t love how the terms seemed to change or weren’t always clear upfront, because that just made the whole process feel more frustrating. A few simple real-life examples would’ve made a big difference.
"I don’t know why the payment process..."
I don’t know why the payment process ended up being such a mess. My payment failed twice, but somehow support still charged me anyway. It was frustrating and confusing to deal with.

"I had a question about my bid and..."
I had a question about my bid and reached out to support, not really expecting a quick reply, but they actually got back to me fast. They explained what I needed to do in a way that made sense, and after one follow-up, everything was sorted out. For my situation, the experience was solid, so I’d give it 4 stars. The only reason I’m not going higher is that the site itself can still feel a little confusing depending on what you’re trying to do.

"Car didn’t match the listing"
I started noticing right away that the car’s condition didn’t really line up with what was described in the listing. A few little things might be understandable, but the more I looked, the more it felt like a clear pattern of issues being left out. Overall, it was in much worse shape than I expected.

"Damage was shown clearly"
The damage was easy to see right away, and there wasn't any hidden damage I had to worry about...
"The delivery took forever. I knew there might..."
The delivery took forever. I knew there might be some delays, but this went way past what I was told, and I got fed up waiting around with barely any clear updates. I had to keep checking on it myself, which was annoying. The car did finally show up, but by then I was already frustrated and the whole thing had been way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t use them again if timing is important...

"Honestly, I assumed the app would be smoother"
I tried using the AutoBidMaster app and thought it would be easier than going through the browser, but it ended up being frustrating. It kept freezing right when I was looking at cars, and I got logged out a few times for no clear reason. I kept assuming maybe it was my connection, but other apps were working fine. Pages loaded slowly, and a few buttons just didn’t respond the way they should. In the end, I gave up and used the browser instead.

"Title transfer dragged on way too long"
I bought a car through them and the title transfer took forever. I want to say it was like three or four weeks, maybe longer because at some point I stopped keeping track. Every time I reached out to support, I got basically the same answer with no real update. It ended up being way more stressful than I expected, and I don’t think I’d go through this again...

"Pretty solid deal"
I ended up paying less than I expected, so I’m happy with it. For the money, it were definitely a good buy.

"Clear photos made the decision easy"
I ended up using autobidmaster.com mostly because the listing photos were actually clear and helpful. There were plenty of angles of the car, both inside and outside, so I didn’t feel like I was just guessing or taking a huge risk.
I’ve seen other auction sites where the pictures are blurry or they skip over important areas, but this one gave me enough to work with. Being able to zoom in and check the damage before bidding made me feel a lot more confident, i was satisfied with the whole experience.

"Support was alright, I guess"
I bought a car through Autobidmaster and needed some help after I made the payment. Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up twice. Maybe I was expecting too much, I’m not sure, but it didn’t feel very smooth at the time. They did fix the issue in the end, so I’d say 3 stars seems fair.

"Fees were clear, but still annoying"
The fees were explained clearly, so I didn’t get hit with any surprises. That said, fees are still fees, and I always hate seeing fees added on. Even when they’re clear, they’re still kind of annoying. At least I knew what I was paying, but yeah, the fees were still a bit of a pain...

"The prices didn’t really add up"
I checked out Autobidmaster because I figured maybe I could save some money on a salvage car, but the numbers just didn’t make much sense once I got into it.
At first the bids look tempting, but then you start adding the fees, broker charges, and all the little extras, and suddenly it’s not much cheaper than buying somewhere else. It feels like they rely on these policy loopholes where the “deal” looks good upfront, but the real cost shows up later.
Maybe it works out for people who know exactly what they’re doing, but for me it felt misleading and more hassle than it was worth. I was hoping for a bargain, not a bunch of fine print and surprise costs.

"Frustrating experience with a dispute"
I had a problem with a purchase and tried going through the dispute process, but it was really frustrating. The replies took a while, and when they did come through, they didn’t really answer the specific issue I was having. I remember checking back more than once just hoping for a clear update, but it felt like I was going in circles. In the end, I felt stuck and ended up losing money. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Buying the part itself was fine, and I..."
Buying the part itself was fine, and I don’t want to make it sound like everything was terrible. But the shipping side was a total headache. I kept having to call and email just to get basic updates, and every person I talked to seemed to have a different answer. The pickup date changed more than once, and nobody really seemed to know what was going on. Some of the people were polite, which I appreciated, but that didn’t really help when I was still stuck waiting way longer than expected and ended up paying extra. I might buy a part again if I could handle pickup myself, but I definitely wouldn’t use them for shipping again

"Slow paperwork and too many transfers"
The document handling took way longer than I expected. I kept getting transferred from one person to another, and it felt like nobody really knew what was going on. Frustrating experience overall.

"I paid for the auction access..."
I paid for the auction access thinking it would make things easier, but it just ended up being frustrating. The whole thing felt confusing and more limited than I expected. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help, which made me regret signing up in the first place. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it really wasn’t worth the hassle...

"Pickup was fine — just slower than expected"
The car did get picked up, so that part was okay, but the timing was kind of all over the place. I also didn’t get updates until later than I would’ve liked, which made the whole thing feel a bit more frustrating than it needed to be.
